About Us

We are a cottage roastery based in Gardena, CA dedicated to sharing our love of a good cup of coffee to the communities of South Bay, Los Angeles the grassroots way, through fostering local community, sustainable stewardship, and of course, our amazing beans crafted with care. 

We simply want to bring quality coffee at a good price.

Our Promise

Freshness
We will never sell coffee beans that are more than two weeks old from the roast date. The aroma of coffee peaks a day to several days (depending on the roast style) after the roast, and begins a slow decline in both flavor and complexity that becomes most noticeable around the two-week mark. 

Pricing
Our price is based on the minimum wage of the City and County of Los Angeles. We will always have coffee beans available at the minimum wage, or about $18 a bag (12 oz) and brewed coffee at one sixth the minimum wage, or about $3 a cup (12 oz). We may at times lower the price further depending on the cost of the beans. 

We have kept these promises since day one of our operation.

Locations

As a cottage roastery without a brick-and-mortar shop, we bring our beans to your local farmers markets in South Bay.
